The Georgia case, which originally included 19 defendants and dozens of charges, was the most sprawling of four criminal cases against the once-and-future President.
And it’s not clear what comes next.
The six challenged counts charge the defendants with soliciting public officers to violate their oaths.
They say Burt Jones ‘is an insurrectionist against the Constitution of the United States of America.’
All six fake electors in Nevada pleaded not guilty Monday. Their trial is scheduled for March.
‘All four of those people that did their proffers stood in front of you, they did their plea, it was all recorded, it was sent out there for the world to see.’
‘I believe the trial will take many months. And I don’t expect that we will conclude until the winter or the very early part of 2025.’
