Four defendants have pleaded guilty after reaching a deal with prosecutors that includes a promise to testify in any trials in the case.
Prosecutors said he had been posting on X ‘in an effort to intimidate codefendants and witnesses.’
The lawsuit was filed by several individual voters and the Coalition for Good Governance, which advocates for election security and integrity.

Prosecutors argue Meadows’ actions were explicitly political in nature and are illegal under the Hatch Act.
