Bruce James II named to Georgia Titan 100 for ‘raising the bar for leadership’

Bruce James II, founder and CEO of Healthcare & Emergency Solutions (HCES), has been named to the 2026 Georgia Titan 100 by Titan CEO, a Colorado-based CEO peer group.

The Titan 100 recognizes Georgia’s Top 100 CEOs and C-suite executives who have not only built successful companies, but have redefined what it means to lead. Honorees are selected based on their ability to exemplify excellence through their vision, passion and integrity, creating lasting impact across industries and communities.

“Georgia’s Titan 100 are raising the bar for leadership across the state and beyond. With bold vision and unwavering purpose, these trailblazers are driving growth, inspiring innovation, and creating lasting impact in their industries and communities. We are proud to celebrate their leadership and the momentum they are generating for the future,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO.

James’ HCES is a rapidly growing health care and human services firm specializing in clinical staffing, behavioral health and emergency preparedness and response. Since founding the company in 2021, James has led the company’s strategic expansion across Georgia, Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands, driving annual revenues beyond $10 million while establishing a strong reputation as a trusted partner to government agencies.

The company works with state and local entities, both public and private, in the communities it serves to support free healthcare services and education delivery. Its services include grant contract management, health fair coordination, vaccination clinic support, quality assurance, case investigation and contact tracing. The company helped during the COVID pandemic with testing center operations in various locations.

A Doctor of Pharmacy and graduate of Florida A&M University, James is also committed to philanthropy, having reinvested more than $100,000 into scholarships and community initiatives. His leadership philosophy centers on impact, equity and building systems that serve people with dignity. James lives by the mantra, “If you truly want to change the world, do something for someone who could never repay you.”

“Leadership is not about recognition; it’s about responsibility. Every service we deliver represents a life, a family, and a future. That responsibility drives everything we build at Healthcare and Emergency Solutions. So, let’s keep building, Brick by Brick,” James said.

James was honored along with other recipients at the 2026 Georgia Titan 100 Awards last week at The Delta Flight Museum.

Collectively, the 2026 Georgia Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $91.7 billion in annual revenue and employ more than 534,000 people across the region and beyond, with more than half of the companies exceeding $40 million in annual revenue.
